A global business environment that has become technologically diverse and complex has increased the demand for computer-savvy decision makers and managers. The purpose of the Associate’s degree in Banking and Finance with Computer Applications is to offer career-minded students a broad academic foundation in the liberal arts as well as a major field of specialization that focuses on banking and finance and its computer applications. The program concentrates on the development of the student’s skills in technologically based financial management. Upon completion, students who want a career in banking and finance are prepared to transfer to the third year of a senior college or pursue immediate employment in business, banking, insurance, and financial institutions.
